SMT Line Technician/Supervisor
Location: Northbrook, IL, US (Onsite) | Full-Time

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and monitor SMT equipment.
- Perform daily production support.
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to minimize downtime.
- Ensure quality standards are met through inspections and quality checks.
- Maintain feeders and other tools used in the process.
- Oversee the daily operations of SMT production lines.
- Supervise and manage SMT technicians and operators.
- Ensure production schedules are met and coordinate activities to achieve targets.
- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SMT Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings.
- High school diploma required; education or certification in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Aptitude for working under pressure and managing emergencies.
